The daylong conference highlights the prevalence and impact of mental health issues on college campuses and in the community. The conference provides a new perspective and tools to manage anxiety, promotes understanding of the impact of adverse childhood experiences and suicide awareness, and presents campus and community resources to address mental health needs.

A keynote address is provided by Dr. Tracy Dennis-Tiwary, national bestselling author of Future Tense, professor of psychology and neuroscience, and director of the Emotion Regulation Lab at Hunter College. She advocates for shifting the perspective on anxiety and adopting a more helpful mindset for its management in the work place, in school, or in the context of digital technology. She has been featured in a wide range of media, including The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, ABC, CBS, CNN, NPR, The Today Show, and Bloomberg Television.
